An amazing hotel in an amazing location We were greeted by some lovely staff and the lady leisha. Smiles all around. We were shown to our room which was immaculate. We had our little terrier stay with us which was really appreciated and well accommodated for. Leisha gave us plenty of information on the surroundings and where it would be nice to take our dog for a walk. Her reviews on the walks were spot on. We met some lovely locals who were all very friendly and welcoming. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was fantastic. We thank you so much for our lovely stay at your hotel and look forwarding to coming back again Many thanks

Convenient location to the event we were attending in the Glenlivet Estate. Staff were friendly and helpful with our requests. Comfortable family room and we dined at the hotel restaurant both evenings, which had freshly cooked options for all the family. Tasty breakfast included in our stay also.
We recently stayed at the hotel for a day and I have to say the staff and services of the hotel were excellent . We were warmly welcomed by the staff and the manager was very kind and attentive to our needs and delivered exceptional service on brief request . They prepared delicious vegetarian dinner for us after knowing the case I am vegetarian and the whole experience turned out superb for us. We overall had pleasant stay at the hotel and would highly recommend stay and dinner at the hotel. A big thanks to Mr.Anand ( I believe is the current manager )who made sure our stay was comfortable.
We had a nice stay here. This hotel is missing a bit of charm that many hotels in the Highlands have, but the room was nice, clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. There is a restaurant and a bar, we had an Eton Mess dessert which was excellent. For drinks, the bar is very simple, so I would recommend visiting the bar at the Glenavon just outside which has much more atmosphere. Our tv wasn't working which was disappointing. The highlight was the breakfast, it was very nice.
We stayed here unexpectedly on a snowy night with our children, and it turned out to be such a warm and comforting experience. The family room was very spacious, which was a huge relief for us. The hotel staff were incredibly caring. As soon as we arrived, they were busy making sure we had hot water and heating, constantly checking that we were warm enough. They even thoughtfully prepared several portable heaters for us — we truly felt looked after and safe from the cold. The beds were clean and tidy, and everything felt well cared for. Dinner was at the Indian restaurant downstairs, and honestly, it was the best Indian food I’ve ever had. Just the right amount of spice — not too hot, very well balanced and perfect for a wide range of tastes. The fireplace in the restaurant was glowing with burning wood all evening, creating such a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. We are deeply grateful for the kindness we experienced here and will remember it for a long time.
Our first time visiting this beautiful village, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The 3-mile drive to the hotel was filled with breathtaking views, and the hotel itself is right in the heart of town. We had such a lovely stay—the staff were incredibly polite and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our family room was super spacious (one of the biggest we’ve seen at this price!) with a nice, big bathroom too. Waking up to the best views was a treat, and breakfast was fantastic. Just wish we didn’t have to leave so soon! It really surpassed all our expectations.
Didn’t stay at the hotel, but we ordered food from their restaurant to take away and it was the best I’ve had in a long time. We got the food piping hot and in a very reasonable amount of time, the chicken was cooked perfectly and Delicious- not to mention their use of spices -no where near too spicy for anyone wondering but just enough to really bring the flavour alive! The ravioli was too al dente for me personally but the brownie was sensational!!!! Not cheap, but definitely worth every penny! Great service, thank you.
